If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Our products can be returned within 15 days of the original purchase of the product. Some manufacturers charge a restocking fee.
Before you return a product, please make sure that:
- The product was purchased in the last 15 days
- The product is in its original packaging
- The product isn’t used or damaged
- You obtained a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) from us

Send the product with its original packing and the RMA number, to the vender unless other arrangements are made.
WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE REFUNDED?
Transit time to gownselect’ venders may take up to 7 business days. You will receive an e-mail once your return has been received & processed. Once your return is processed, please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to appear on your bank account (depending on your financial institution).SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from gownselect and their venders.
